Maximum 1/1/1/1 Classification

Superior optical clarity with a 1/1/1/1 classification. This classification evaluates the clarity, light diffusion, shade and angle uniformity of a helmet's lens, ensuring the best visibility and minimal distortion for welders.

Optical Clarity - The optical class determines how distorted the image is through the lens. The image should be clear and crisp to obtain a 1 rating.

Diffusion of Light - The diffusion of light class determines if there are impurities in the lens from the manufacturing process. These impurities make the lens unclear and hard to see out of, like fingerprints or scratches. The lens should be uniform and clear to obtain a 1 rating.

Shade Consistency - The variations in luminous transmittance class determines how good the lens’s adjustable shade function is. Once a shade has been selected, how consistent is it across the lens? There should be no areas that are too bright or too dark, as this affects the optical clarity. An even shade across the entire lens is needed to obtain a 1 rating.

Angle Consistency - The angle dependence on luminous transmittance class determines the consistency of the shades across the lens at an angle. There should be a clear view with no stretching, dark areas, blurriness, or problems when looking at an angle. It should look the same downwards or upwards as it does straight through to obtain a 1 rating.

99.8% Filter Protection

Get fresh, clean air and breathe easy while you weld. The certified TH3 filtration has an inward leakage protection level of less than 0.2%, meaning 99.8% of fumes and particles are removed.

EliteVision Lens Technology

See your weld clearly in true colour. EliteVision technology allows more colours from the spectrum to pass through the view, giving you better optical clarity and reducing eye fatigue.

External Grind Button

Seamlessly switch to grind mode with the click of a button. When the helmet is in grind mode a small LED will illuminate, so you don’t need to take the helmet off to check.

4 Arc Sensors

Detect every arc instantly. The four optimally positioned arc sensors trigger the lens, darkening it and keeping your eyes shielded from the start, even when you’re out of position.

Up to 8 Hours Battery

Work a full shift without charging up. The built-in 4400mAH lithium-ion battery gives you up to 8 hours of battery life on the lowest intensity, with quick and easy recharging of the power adapter. *Lasts up to 4 hours on the highest intensity.

100x83.4mm View Size

Superior visibility in every situation. The 100x84.3mm viewing area lets you see every weld with complete clarity.

Memory States

Store up to three of your most frequently used shade settings with the memory state buttons, and have your helmet ready to go in an instant.

Backup Battery

2 x CR2450 backup batteries improve the performance and reliability of the auto-darkening filter.
